The RuMa Hotel Suites come fully furnished in accordance to the specification of a 5-Star Luxury Hotel, without the need to renovate after handover thus removing the gestation period for income generation.
Guaranteed Rental Return
The RuMa Hotel Suites comes with a guaranteed annual 6% net yield of the purchase price for the first 5 years from operation commencement. For the subsequent 5 years, the net yield is forecasted to increase to 6.1%.
